Athletes will spend the first half of practice on Monday working out and getting ready for the next day's conference meet. At 4:00, athletes will gather in the Foods Room 149 and celebrate our season together at our annual pasta dinner. The success of this event relies on our team parents and coaches. See details below to learn how you can help.
We would like to call on our incredible team spirit and parent generosity to help organize a potluck style dinner for our October 17th practice. To help make this a successful event for our athletes, please take a moment to view the link below and sign up for an item to bring. If you did not have a chance to contribute to our meet snacks, this is a great opportunity.

Athletes are asked to bring their sweats and hoodies to practice on Monday, so that their assigned numbers can be verify against the uniform checkout list. Coaches have several pairs of sweats and hoodies that were left at practices and meets, and will bring them to Monday's practice for athletes to look through.
After our last meet on Tuesday, all sweats, hoodies, tanktops, and shorts should be washed and placed in a plastic grocery bag with your name attached. Uniforms should be brought to lunch and placed in one of the turn-in bins at the front of the lunchroom. Any uniforms not turned in by Friday during lunch should be brought to our Athletic Director’s office (Mr. Pedersen) in the guidance department. All sweats and uniforms should be turned in by the following week.
Conference Meet – Tuesday – Oct 18
Our final meet of the season is the Conference Meet on Tuesday, October 18th. Our meet will be held at Commissioners Park on 111th street in Naperville. Our first race is scheduled to start at 4:00, with the 7th grade girls, followed by 7th boys, 8th girls, and 8th boys. This start time is 30 minutes earlier than our normal meet times, so please plan accordingly. Please keep an eye on the expected weather to ensure that your athlete is prepared with appropriate clothing. Since this meet includes all 12 schools in our conference, it may run a little longer than other meets. All athletes are running in the conference meet.
Parking is available at the park, and in the north lot at Crone Middle School down the street. We will be running on the east side of Commissioners park. Please see the maps below for course information and overview....
